Biography

Pierce Conran is a producer, writer and film industry consultant based in Seoul since 2012. He works with Korean filmmakers and production companies to develop film and television projects with international and cross-cultural appeal. Alongside his production work, he produces Blu-rays for premium home video labels including Arrow Films, Radiance Films and Second Sight Films, and works as a film critic for the South China Morning Post and Screen Anarchy. He also serves as a programming advisor for Fantastic Fest and works as a freelance Korean script translator. Previously, Conran was an editor at the Korean Film Council’s industry portal KoBiz and an acquisitions and development advisor for the American production company XYZ Films.
