Two years later, she earned her first standalone U.S. casting credit on Apocalypto (2006). After moving to Los Angeles around 2007, she continued to expand her career internationally, taking on a wide variety of casting projects while advocating for authentic representation of Latino talent. Across her career, she has worked on more than 100 films and television series, including major productions like Coco(2017) for which she won an Artios Award, Narcos (2015), Narcos: Mexico (2018), Black Panther: Wakanda Forever(2022), Flamin’ Hot (2023), and Emilia Pérez (2024).
