Sidney Kombo-Kintombo is an Animation Supervisor at Wētā FX. Trained in drawing at the Émile Cohl Art Academy in France, Sidney began his career directing television shows before transitioning into 3D animation. He went on to work at ILM and Framestore, contributing as a Senior Animator on Alfonso Cuarón's Oscar-winning Gravity (2013). Sidney joined Wētā FX as a Senior Animator on The Jungle Book (2016) and was quickly promoted to Animation Supervisor on War for the Planet of the Apes (2017). His work shaping the emotional complexity of the character Koba earned him another Annie Award nomination.
